Computer Question....

Ok, lately my computer has been soooooo slow loading pages and opening programs. Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can speed it up? Like should I delete files or something? I have like 80GB on this computer so I know that I have enough space, but I don't know what's slowing it down!!!

What type of computer? Which operating system?

A great way to speed up an older computer, is to use the Opera browser.
