Chicago-area Clowns: Airport Help . . .
Hey guys,
I'm flying out of O'Hare in a couple weeks, in one of the more bizarre plane schedulings ever (don't ask, gift) . . . Anyone know of any decently-priced "Park and Fly" type places? I don't particularly care about the location/time to get to the airport, cheap is best, and etc etc. Thanks a ton, RC |
I don't know how much of a time difference it'd be for you to drive out here vs. to Chicago (I'm guessing not much - it takes 3 hours to get from downtown DBQ to downtown Milwaukee) but there's a relatively cheap Greyhound bus that you can take from the Milwaukee bus station, and I think there's a decent priced parking garage near there.

Anyway, what I'm really looking for is a park/sleep/fly type place that will let me book the 'sleep' part on the back end, as I get in late . . . I can park it for 9 bucks/night just about anywhere, but I'm more concerned about getting out after the late return. Thanks though, dude. |
When I saw this thread I thought that you were posting about CLOWNS at the Chicago Airports. I have a serious clown phobia and may have a layover in Chicago in my way to DC so I was a little traumatized. However damasa the JER laughed at me about it.
I have seen the type of deal you are talking about in Portland. Perhaps call some of the local Super 8, Motel 6 kind of places and ask? The place I went had a deal where you could park your car, get a room, and a ride to the airport, and back again. |
OK so I totally misinterpreted what you meant. Maybe you could hit up the KSigs at Northwestern?
I'll ask my aunt, she lived in Chicago for a long time and might now. Also, are you anywhere near the fabulous Clinton, Iowa? I was just there for a wedding! |
