big/lil revelation
 

hi ladies ! i am phi director of my chapter and need help with a big/lil sis revelation for 2 new phis, we are planning to do it during or after our thanksgiving dinner so if you have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated!

What we usually do with our girls is have a puzzle search: the bigs decorate a puzzle (available at craft stores) and scatter the pieces around the house, dorm, section, wherever Phi Mu resides on your campus, and each puzzle piece is attached to a clue as to where to find the next puzzle piece. The last puzzle piece found has the big's name on it. Much squealing and picture-taking ensues.

For smaller classes (4 or 5 people) we've done a candle pass sort of thing, where the Phi carries the candle around inside the circle of the rest of the chapter members, and the big blows the candle out. Much less fun than the puzzle search, but it's more efficient when working with a smaller Phi Class.

we do the candle pass we let them in the room one by one and sing one of our songs, but the big sisters can allow their lil' to go around the circle as many times as they would like. It's a nice little thing to do and the other sisters join in by acting like they are going to blow out the phi's candle

Well we have done many different things. When I went through they tide string to your big sister and then made a huge like not covering a room. At the other end was a note card with your name on it. It was a lot of fun but should be used for a smaller phi class. We also, had one Phi. We blind folded her and let all the sisters whisper sweet little things in her ear... finally her big sis was at the end. We did it at formal so we song to her infront of everyone. IT was really cool. THe next year, we had like ten cars parked outside. All the sisters hold there candles and the bigs put their's in the car. All the girls were given a set of keys. They had to check every car to see if their key worked. Its fun to do in a parking lot. This year was the balloon game. In every balloon you put one letter of your name in it blow it up and put your lil on the outside through them in a big pill. They have to pop them and figure out your name. I hope this helps.
