Ok, as if I wasn't depressed enough about not having a full time job, appearantly, I suck at my part time job. Some guy emailed the studio and said I am a horrible DJ and he would rather listen to commercials.

Sure, I might not be the best, but I try. I'm new at this, I've only been working here for 1.5 months. I thought I was getting better. I feel like calling his work and complaining about him, he emailed from his work account, haha. Now I'm so discouraged and feel like quitting, especially if I'm making a fool out of myself.

UGH! If you really think I'm bad PM me, please don't post it here!

Oh Jess!! I am so sorry that nasty man did that - but honestly, I bet it's happened to EVERY dj at least once or twice in their career. Don't worry about it! There are so many negative people out there who just want something to complain about - just like there is always that person who hates the food at the restaraunt, or the waiter, or the valet guy, etc. etc. I am 100% sure you are a great dj!

Don't let him shake your confidence. If you're honestly worried about your performance, talk to your boss about it, ask if there is anything you should be doing differently, and if your boss is satisfied then forget this guy!!

Just found out you can't call the 1-800 number unless you are in the area! Sorry! I didn't know they could do that!

Hey Jess, I called and got through. I spoke to some really nice guy and he told me that he'd leave you a message. I couldn't get the broadcast on my computer, so I just gave it a shot at calling to see if you'd answer, but he said that you were on vacation. All well, next time! ;)
