Moving day!
 

Ladies.... this past yr has been a heck fo a year in the life of me. With being newly divorced , a hyper active 3 yr old and his health related issues, finishing up my paralegal degree and re entering the "single life" again my dream has come true and my escrow closes this friday on my house i bought. I get to move in officially this weekend into my new 5 bedroom spacious 3,000 sq foot house.....happy dance!:D

I told Matthew we don't have a lot of furniture so break out your "little tykes" car and consider it a race track! ( remember that move "The Shining" with Jack Nicholson and his son riding his big wheels in the hotel.... Matthew and his big wheels in the house) LOL :)

Jill , i didnt hit the lotto ( though it would be nice), but if i did CA in CA was right... what a catch! hehehe. I inherited my grand parents houses and with the real estate market here in California i turned around ( with permission from everyone in the family....emotionally hard for me to sell their house) and sold it 3 x more then what it was worth ( a huge bid war and sold in 5 hrs time) and bought this brand new house in a development. There again i was blessed because when i locked into it( price) new phases were not yet built and got in before the price was raised almost by 3 times.

Your not so off about a wing for Matthew. Just kidding , though i am buying baby monitors for every room to hear him! hehehe
