*eep* Upcoming interview
 

I saw a job listing yesterday and sent in my resume... talked to the recruiter today, and I have an interview on Monday! :eek:

It's been so long since I've been to a "traditional" job interview. I've been doing some consulting work, but getting that sort of work is a different process.

I also have to schlep down to NYC for the interview. (The job isn't in NYC but the interview is.) That's a long train ride plus some subway time. I'm concerned that I may be worn out by the time I get there.

I'm also worried that I'm going to blow the interview... :(

The interview was yesterday afternoon. I'm looking at it as a proof of Murphy's Law. (!) It was unseasonably warm and humid in the New York area yesterday, so the suit I'd planned to wear was too warm, and I had to scramble to find a summer weight suit that fit... then my car wouldn't start! :eek: I did get down there in time, though. For the interview, I was in a conference room with six people firing questions at me all at once - very grueling.

I should know within a couple of days. I hope I get this...
