Hi everyone, as many of you know I've been on GC for quite a few months now.

But as of last night, I am now a new member of Delta Zeta!

I can't believe I waited until my junior year to do this, but better late than never. :D

One of the girls (who I'd known a little bit beforehand) is going with me to my grandfather's funeral today. I'm so happy to have such a great group of girls to depend on during this time.

So even though I'm really new, I can tell I already love Delta Zeta :)

Sorry this is a meaningless post, I just wanted to introduce myself...my recruitment thread is on the Rush forum. Thanks to everyone who left encouraging comments during the whole process!

This is not a meaningless post! I am glad you have found your "sisters" in DZ. I am in the processes of Alumnae Initiation with a "few" groups. Congrats to you and DZ.

I have followed your story and many others here on GC. Yours touched me truly for you loss and for you finding your home, I am so happy for you!

Like Andi, I think I'm going to be repeating everything I said in the Rush board, but I'm going to do it, anyway! :D Welcome to our sisterhood, sweetie! I know you're excited about COB-ing in (I know this, because I did the same thing at the beginning of this semester). DZ is a great place to be!

I did practically the same thing you did! I waited until my senior year to rush and now I'm so sad that I only have one year as an active!!! I don't want to graduate at all!
