80th Anniversary of Sigma Pi
 

Hey ladies~


I am currently our alumnae relations coordinator. This year at our homecoming we celebrated our chapter's, Sigma Pi, 80th anniversary!!! Let me just say, celebrating our chapters existance is SO exciting! We had many alumnae back to visit our lodge and meet our new members. We brought out all the old composites and scarpbooks for all of us to look through. I also asked our broadcasting group on campus to help produce a memory video of the 80 years of Sigma Pi, which was the best thing ever to do. We had the girls crying with happy and sad tears. What was even more exciting is one of our alumnae is the assistant director of greek life at Penn State and asked for a copy of the video to show other greek organizations how to celebrate their big anniversaries. Hope all of your semesters are going well.

Hmm....we must have been founded around the same time. Sigma Xi would have been 80 this year too! :)

Congratulations to the ladies of Sigma Pi on 80 years of AOT!!! :) Omega Xi just celebrated our 90th, We had a founders day luncheon with Julie Johnson yesterday, and it was amazing to see Omega Xi's young and old all in one place. It really is amazing to see how long our sisterhood has been going strong! Congrats again!!
