Need KKG opinions/help!
 

My mother was just honored as a 50 year KKG. She graduated from Bucknell U - don't know the chapter name.

I'm trying to find something very unique as a congratulations for her. I'm a Chi O so I'm at a loss of what to get her!

Any help any of you could give me would be great.

That's so awesome! :) I loved seeing the fifty year Kappas honored at our Founder's Day celebration.

I don't really have any great suggestions, other than maybe an engraved piece of jewelry in the shape of an iris or fleur de lis to commemorate it.

I'm not a KKG but my two aunts were at LSU. Anyway, go to

Ooooo...and Mignon Faget is a Chi Omega!

Well, I don't think Mignon made the rings and things for KKG....I mean the Fleur De Lis is a symbol that is widely used in New Orleans...the New Orleans Saints use it, it is used all over in architecture.....but yes Mignon was a Chi Omega and she is awesome designer as well.

Yes, I understand that -- I just thought I'd mention that she is a Chi Omega alumna (since the original poster of this thread is a Chi Omega and wants to purchase something for her Kappa Kappa Gamma mama.)

fun times....then she needs to buy something from Mignon Faget! Great jewlery! I have over 25 pieces! It is big thing in New Orleans to wear Mignon!
