Zumba anyone?
 

I was wondering if anyone has tried those Zumba workouts? If so, what do you think of them?

I've never heard of Zumba...........what exactly does that entail?

i always saw the infomercials for it during the middle of the night when i couldn't sleep. i wanted to order the tapes, but wasn't sure how good they were.

Can't you just not eat?

They had this "promo event" at a club in Chicago...a bunch of ppl jumping around Zumbaing in workout clothes..
