Semi-Formal themes!!!
 

I'm the Alpha Chi Omega social chair at Bradley University. I was wondering if anyone had any good themes for semiformal. I wanted to incorporate one of our symbols (red carnation, pearls, golden lyre), but it doesn't have to be restricted to that. If anyone has any ideas, that would be great!!:D

Hey, I'm an AX at Univesity of Arizona. Last semester our formal theme was "Midnight Mascarade"...I know it doesn't include one of our symbols but it was a fun theme. But I have heard of themes like carnation ball and the like. Gamma Phi just had a black and white ball maybe you could do a scarlet and olive ball...however that could be bizarre, it would definately be different...

We have a Crescent Ball in the spring and I think our fall formal is going to be named Pink Carnation Ball from now on. I think our chapter at Arizona did a black and white ball because a brown and mode ball wouldn't be too fun. ;)

We use "Anchor Ball" for formals, and our BIG once every 4 years formal will be called "Cream Rose Ball"
