Law and Order SVU -- 10/21/03
 

Did anyone see the episode last night? I'm confused as to who killed the pregnant girl and her baby and why.

I realize a client of the adoptive "parents" was the molester but I still am confused about the rest of the episode.

Any one who can help?!!!

on a side note...

i love law and order! i nearly freaked out last week when i thought Alex (the ADA) was dead. then she showed up in the witness protection program and i was good :) I'm going to miss her though, she was kick-ass!

i loved alex too. i missed her last episode. my bf had to tell me about it. oh well, i am going to miss seeing alex around.

That tv without pity web site didn't help me but thanks for the info. If anyone knows the answer to my question and saw last nights episode I would appreciate your help.

Here is what I got from it:

In the end, the adoptive dad killed the girl for the baby. The doctor was the father of the baby, but took the blood from one of his wife's patients, who turned out to be the child molester.

I love SVU but actually what happend was everything moxiegrrl said except the doctor who was the father of the baby killed the mom and the baby after she casued a scene saying the baby was his and then took blood from a patient who turned out to be a child molestor. The adoptive parents had nothing to do with the mom or baby being killed.

I'm still a bit confused only because of the way the episode played out. Can't wait to see it again during reruns.

I'm a big Law and Order fan as well. I saw the last half-hour of the show. It was interesting.

The adoptive parents did nothing wrong.

The biological father (the dermatologist) of the baby murdered her. In order to avoid the murder conviction, he used someone else's blood for the paternity test (embedded a tube in his arm). Turned out that the blood was from a child molester and ended up murdering the dermatologist.

I'm pretty sure it was the doctor also who killed the woman and child. That was probably the best episode I've seen! I just sat there with my mouth hanging open when Alex got out of the truck! I wanted to tell someone, and then remembered that I was watching it alone!

For REAL SVU junkies...USA has reruns (two or three a night!) everyday! I usually stay up until midnight watching it! I never watched it before, so everything is new to me!
