ghost stories

It's that time of year again.Do any of you have any ghost stories that you would like to share? I think that my old apartment was haunted.I never saw anything but I never felt comfortable being alone there.I lived alone for 5 years so being alone wasn't the problem. Before I moved to the apartment,I had several houseplants,by that I mean 15 or 20,that were completely thriving.Within a few months of living in the new apartment, they were all dead.Nothing I tried to do for them seemed to help.It was also always cold in the house. We couldn't keep it warm. All in all a creepy place that I am glad to be out of.
Also during college breaks,I would stay with my sister. She had a beautiful antique rocking chair. Her dog would come out into the living room and bark incessently at this chair. She would sit in front of it and just bark.Once again,we never saw anything and the chair never rocked on it's own or anything but it was still weird nonetheless.
So what about you ladies?Any haunted house or dorm stories?

I don't have any, BUT the other night I was at a friends house and found a copy of Scary Stories to tell in the Dark. I remember being read those stories in elementary school. After reviewing some, I realized they were so silly, but I can see where elementary-aged kids would be amused by them.

BTW, I don't like to hear ghost stories or hear anything about hte supernatural. I will begin to freak out. Blah!

The dorm that houses all of our sororities is haunted... it's not scary though- just wierd noises all the times like high heels running around through the halls and marbles falling. No one has seen anything- just hear things. We named her Martha Foot Crowe. ;)
