Chi Phi at Clemson
 

Can someone from Clemson answer my question?

My fraternity recently colonized at Clemson about 2 years ago.

Even though the colony was doing really well, and the university supported it, IFC voted not to give it membership/IFC standing.

Our National HQ gave the Clemson colony the go to continue on anyway and they recieved their charter in April.

The colony has done so well, that our national housing corp is actually building them a house.

Last time I checked though, IFC still has not offered them membership.

Has IFC recognized them yet, and if not, will they?

There are smaller groups at Clemson that continue to recieve IFC support.
Why not a new group?

IFC's can be such dicks. Oh well, screw them, good luck to your brothers.

Good evening, my name is Quinn Ussher. I am an undergraduate student at Clemson University and this semester Chi Phi is colonizing at Clemson again. I am a new member of the alpha class and wanted to know if you had the contact information of any alumni from when the delta theta colony was previously at the university.

First of all, best wishes with the colony. It's a lot of work, but well worth it.

GreekChat would not have any alumni information for your colony. Chi Phi's national office should have most of that.
