Ole Miss Greek Life~*~???????
 

one of my good friends is transferring to Ole Miss next semester. My best friend goes to UA and she told us that if we thought greek was big there than just wait till she goes to Ole miss....She said that Ole Miss had the #1 rush week..which she said was a bad thing because its so stressful..Is it really that Big? Or does she know what she's talking about.....does anyone know how many girls rush compared to how many actually get to pledge at Ole miss???

I think you might be confused... Are you talking about NPHC intake or NPC rush??

Delta Sigma Theta is an NPHC sorority. NPHC sororities (which are Alpha Kappa Alpha, Delta Sigma Theta, Sigma Gamma Rho, and Zeta Phi Beta) are discreet about their membership selection process and if you are interested in joining an NPHC group you should read the websites of the various groups. You will not get any info on GreekChat about their process due to its discreet nature.

If you are interested in NPC rush (which I think you might be from your comments on having a rush week and knowledge of numbers who rushed and who pledged), I suggest you suggest the Rush Forum under General Forums. NPC rush is more open in some respects and you are more likely to get answers to your questions there.

thanks so much for clearing that up...i'll try there and see if anyone can help.......i didnt even know there was a diff....is it better to be in NPHC...i am sure it is diff for every school, but thanks again.:D

Well, "better" depends on whom you're asking. It is different because we were founded to serve (slightly) different purposes. Do some research and good luck.
