Help for Recruitment Philanthropy
 

Hello all Alpha Phi's!!

The Theta Phi Chapter at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA is looking for help.

During our philanthropy party for formal recruitment, we are going to have our PNM decorating teddy bears with a bow and a card to give to cardiac patients at local hospitals. We are looking for anyone and everyone to help us get new or gently used teddy bears.

We are hoping to collect a huge amount of bears by January 10, 2004 in hopes of having a room full of bears for our late January formal recruitment.

We are asking that you send the bears to our Greek Office:

We have contacted several local alumnae chapters near us in hopes of having good feedback. And of course our chapter will be working hard to get donations ourselves!

PS- I've gotta get in my Alpha Phi help now b/c two weeks ago I was named Recruitment Coordinator for this upcoming rush!!! I'm super excited and hopefully this will allow my Type A skills to shine! :p
