Phi Mu License Plates

Hey there :) I was just looking at some of the Phi Mu webpages and I came across one that was in Maryland that talked about their Phi Mu license plates. I was wondering if anybody knows if Georgia offers a Phi Mu license plate (cause it's not on our DMV site with the others listed) and I was under the impression that we had more Phi Mu members than anybody. I would love to have an actual license plate with our letters. Whats the deal and how do we apply?

Phi Mu License Plates

I have the only officially licensed "Phi Mu" mobile in the state of Iowa!!! When I bought my current car, my husband got me custom license plates...."PHI MU" :)

We drove it to Convention in Atlanta in 2002 :) and got rave reactions!!! I love when sisters here in Iowa (and we are not as populated as in the southeast) come up and ask about my plates.

One of my chapter's alumnae has THE only "Phi Mu" license plate in Pennsylvania. It's so awesome to see it around. Of course there are other variations: Phye Mew, etc. But it's so awesome to know that Phi Kappa has the only real spelling :)

Sorry to crash...
You might be able to get one thru your Division of Motor Vehicles. Most of the ones I have seen are just for the Divine Nine GLOs

Also check out this link

Click on any plate and you can design your own on line

Hope this helps

If you're talking about the 'official' plates like many colleges have, Georgia doesn't have one for Phi Mu -- or any Greek organization, it seems. If you contact the Special Tags Unit of your state's Department of Motor Vehicles, I'm sure you can find out what is required to add Phi Mu to the list of specialty plates offered. Try going to www.dmvs.ga.gov to find their information. :)
