Google???
Am I the only one who hasn't been able to access Google (the search engine) in 2 days? Everytime I type http://www.google.com
I end up at a page that says, "There is no website configured at this address". What is going on??? |
Works for me. Run a virus check and see if you have some program denying you service to certain sites.

I looked at google.CA this morning. It might be the Canadian version but it still checks the entire web. Why not try that?

Forget all of the prefixes and just try typing Goggle.com and see if it works.
Some URL's have made that other stuff automatic. I just tried it, and it worked. |
There is apparently a virus out there called Trojan.Qhosts that messes with your DNS, and it affects certain sites, like Google. There's a link to a Symantec page here that tells you which pages it can potentially interfere with, and how to reverse the damage.

That is very odd indeed. I set the homepages to Google and I hardly have any problems with it.
