Brief question

Hello to all of the lovely ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc and hello to my sister friends. Can I submit my Letter of Intent at any time or does it have to be submitted at Rush?

Ususally letters and other information are presented to Sorors at the rush.
