Spring Break
 

Alright GC'ers. I need help!!!!! My sisters and I, about 8-10 of us, are planning a spring break trip. We're steering towars Acapulco. Have any of you used the student travel spring break deals that they have via internet. I'm concerned that since I'm the one booking it, I'm going to be charged for all 8 trips and have to deal with tracking down everyone's money.....and we all know how that gets. So, if anyone has any advice or has done something like this before can you PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help me. I want to make sure we're getting a good trip, but that each of us can be responsible to make our own payments so the burden isn't on one of us.....feel free to PM me too with ANY suggestions!!!!

My sisters and I went to Acapulco for Spring Break-- we went through Student Travel Services, they have a Web Site online. Everything ran smoothly, and other fraternities and sororities used them too.

how did u all do payments, was one person responsible.....we're all broke college kids, no one can front the money for everyone! or do they let you all do it separately?

One of my sisters was the main one in charge of our rather large group, she was in charge of sending out the e-mails to us all and she'd arrange meetings every now and then just so we could decide what hotel we wanted to stay in and what packages to get. Once you sign up with STS, they set up an account for you. You send in your money individually, and then you can actually go on the site and see who of your sisters have already paid.

I went to school at UCF and the big place to go for spring break was Key West. The drive wasn't t that bad. I also had friends go to Cancun. They loved it.
