Sisterhood help!

I need some advice on what to do for my chapter. I don't know what happened but the girls are being anything but sisterly toward one another. I got 6 phone calls last night about things they are mad about, that they didn't voice in our last meeting. I don't really think that this is one of those things that just works itself out.
We have pledge initiation this friday for our pledges, and i dont know if i should do something then, when all members are present (not with pledges present of course).

My suggestion is have the president (if your not it) have a emergency meeting.
The same thing recently happened to my local collegiate chapter. The president called an emergency meeting to get some issues straightened out. Plus the emergency meeting was for the actives only.
Good luck. This is a tough situation.

definitely call an emergency meeting before everything gets out of hand!!! try to avoid as much drama as possible.

thanks. looks like an emergency meeting it is.

things just get worse, apparently "WE" are getting together tonight to watch sorority life and have dinner and they didnt attempt to invite all sisters. no wonder the sisterhood is shot, they keep not inviting people and they must get their feelings hurt!

Oh no that's horrible. I hope everything works out for you. No one should be uninvited because someone else is mad at them. I'm pissed off at some of my sorors now, but I would never uninvite them.

Good luck.

Hey there
I have a nice event for things like that if you want to PM me, it usually will help people realize the good in eachother.
Another event I can suggest when I was pledging, we had to make an event when times were bad. Well, what we did was everyone wears a paper heart on their backs. Throughout the night you have to go around and write positive qualities/things about that person. At the end of the event everyone sits around and takes their heart off their backs. Well a lot of smiles go around and of course the awwws and ohhhs:) Good luck
Good luck
