That's who'd I choose! Why? Well today in my Music of the People: Rock and Pop class we were discussing Buddy and our professor had a group come play for us...and our professor played drums. It was so neat to hear the music and how it can be changed from rock to pop and how Buddy started out country. So I guess I would get the best of all worlds with a musician like Buddy :)

And I agree about Richie and the Big Bopper...that'd be awesome!
