Well, I was impressed to find that the entire KD pledge manual is online! I found it with a Google search (while looking for something else).

Also while googling, I learned that the Sigma Chi Pledge Manual is called the Norman Shield.

I thought it was pretty cool when they put it online last year when the new version came out! It's so much nicer than the last version of good old Norm (as we call him.... as new members we'd say we had a date with Norm ;) ) that I have
