For the people who have heard the Nelly/P. Diddy song "Shake Ya Tailfeather" (which, incidently, samples the best college fight chant ever), can anyone please come up with a logical explanation of this line?

And I thought I was hearing it wrong!

I think somehow it's tied into that holiday classic "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer"

The correct context is : "Is that your a$$ or your momma have reindeer?"

Therefore, Nelly is trying to say that he can't believe this girl's booty is so big.

Yep. Implying that her buttocks resemble reindeer antlers was how I took it.

But it's Nelly people. It aint gotta be that deep.

i think he means, did your mother possibly have sex with a reindeer, thus creating a beautiful creature with a nice tail. aka you :)

There was an episode of "The Osbournes" where Jack used the word "conversate" no less than three times. I thought it was a mistake at first, but then he said it again . . . and again.

Then again, I'm not really expecting Jack Osbourne to be the epitome of intelligence.

My friend and I couldn't make sense of the reindeer line
either. At first I thought he said "is your mamma half-reindeer?". After a few more listens I got it. I like it when Murphy Lee says "They be like he the man, when I'm really a Thundercat". :D

I have never heard that song. But no, my momma never had a reindeer.

I was searchign for the logic of how one's mother conceiving a reindeer could be an analogy for a big booty...I came up with the same things y'all did, so I guess I am not riding the short bus after all, lol.

And also, yeah Geoff, what is the deal with the Thundercat thing?
