does anyone know about dg at KU, OU or tex A&M
I Just joined Delta Gamma at University of Nebraska, but i am thinking about transfering to University of Ok. or University of Kansas or Texas A&M next fall and was wondering if anyone knew if it is a good house down there

I think they're the Aggies. If I'm right, the minute our Aggie boys get home from their Saturday night shenanigans, you'll be innundated with information :-)
seriously, though, we've got a couple Texas A&M boys on here and they're true southern sweethearts. But don't tell them I said that. No doubt they'll tell you everything you ever wanted to know. |
Texas A&M are the aggies. My sister graduated from there like a year or 2 ago but she was not greek so I'm not familiar with the houses their but just judging from the size of the school and all the traditions that the school has and the personality of the majority of the people there I would think that the DG house would be the same. Nice girls that would welcome you into their chapter with open arms. Good luck with the transfer!

The DG chapter at A&M is fairly new! They also have a gorgeous, brand spankin-new house...that was finished in 1999. I went to UofH, and there was a really big deal opening! The chapter is very strong, and the vastness of the greek system is comprable to that at Nebraska! DG has a lot of Texas support from alumnae and within each collegiate group! You should contact the chapter directly which you can do through their web site!

amelia- you may want to check out the "what happens with you affiliate" thread I bumped in Greek Life, it may help to answer anything you may need to know about the process involved.
