Marriage Proposals
 

To those of us that are single:( what would be your ideal marriage proposal? If you are married please describe the way that you were proposed to?

I'm very single but my ideal marriage proposal would happen on an holiday in an foreign country under a sky full of stars...Needless to say I'm a sucka for romance!!!

Opps...I almost forgot...the ring? I don't want a big ring but rather something rare and pretty.

My husband proposed to me in a cute way. I am an editor for a trade magazine, so my boyfriend was putting together some report or document for his job which, was rare and he asked me to review them, so I was busy and put off reading them for a few days. He kept telling me it was urgent and really getting bothered by my lack of interest in his work. So to make a long story short, I made it a priority to read his "document" and it went on to explain how this guy met this wonderful woman and it began to tell a story...it was our story, and at the end....he asked me would I marry him and to look inside the additional envelope, and there was my ring. It was so special, and I even incorporated the letter into our wedding.
