Everyone talks about how DC (the city that I LOVE) is the murder capitol...not any more

Actually, I have noticed the murder rate going down...I have lived here all my life and went to college here. There were some summers where things were horrible....if anyone remembers the Columbia Heights Shotgun Stalker, that was the neighborhood I used to live in. (Early 90's) But things are better.

is that total murders, or murders per capita. Richmond used to be really bad.

I thought I'd take a double dose of haterate this morning.

If you get hit by a car in NY, it's because people are speeding. In DC, you get hit by a car because they press the gas on your azz.

Joburg is really bad. Whenever the police does a raid, they do it with the backup of the armed forces. Espcially Hillsbrow. I saw a tv special on it, and they use copter, tanks, and the cops and the military folks used automatic weapon. it's very scary in hillsbrow. But they are tackling it head on. now they have came all over the city to monitor. I've read report where a murder happen, then half an hour later, the guy gets arrested. They actually show the footage of the murder taken place.
