I'm sure I can answer this... if not someone remove it fast!
As to AGD I've only known of Pearls and Diamonds (mine has both) with gold as the metal. |
we have the chased version available in the goldklad/allklad whatever it's called then a 10k version with pearls or a 14k version with pearls-that's all she wrote!

I know this is off topic, but who are the Divine Nine and what makes them so?

In Alpha Phi, only pearls, CZ, and diamonds are used, except for 2 variations (that I know of).
In my chapter, the Honor Badge, worn by the chapter President, has turquoise in it. The Fifty-Year Pin has rubies in it. Oh wow, in checking the Masters of Design website, I found 2 brand new badges! The 25-year pin, and 75-year pin. When did we get these? I feel so uninformed. :( |
For Alpha Epsilon Phi, all badges are identical - letters in sequence, yellow gold, 27 pearls. You can have your initials engraved on the reverse, and optionally have a chapter guard (also in yellow gold with pearls). The badge cannot be made into a ring or pendant.

All of Sigma Kappa's badges are enamelled in maroon. There are many variations in the jewels that surround them, I am not even sure what there all is since it seems more are added all the time.

Before Iota Phi Theta fraternity joined in 1996, they were referred to as the Great Eight.

SDT has the gold torch with the intials and date we got in on the back...and for sisters that have gave 10 + years of service to nationals, there is a white gold badge..besides that they are all the same

I have a plain Sigma Sigma Sigma, so they do exist.
Question about Zeta Phi Beta: I have seen plain badges, badges where the upright portion of the Phi is pearled (rarer), badges where the entire Phi is pearled (rarer still), and recently a friend showed me one I have never seen before: It has a fully pearled Phi and a single garnet as the center stone in the Phi. I thought perhaps it is an officer's badge or perhaps a chapter founder's badge as it does appear to be founding-era. Any ideas? wptw |
Kappa Delta badges are either large or standard. The Large badges with jewels have slightly bigger jewels and a smaller black enamel panel than the standard badges. Badges come in yellow or white gold and can have a combination of KD's 3 jewels, diamonds, emeralds and pearls.

Ahhh, thanks!

ASA has a plain badge, one with pearls, and one with pearls and ruby points. These can all be accessorized with a plain or pearled chapter guard. All are gold with the black enamel shield.

Our basic badge is available in 'gold kase' and 10k gold with no pearls, pearls center, pearls on the arms, and pearls on center & arms. Your site only shows a badge with pearls center. We have a Service Pin, which is used as the basic pin of members which everyone receives when inducted. We have a pledge pin. We have a Life Member Pin, for those members who have become Life Members. Its the service pin with a ring or circle around it. We have a Petitioning Group Pin (equivalent to a 'colony' pin). And we have a Sweatheart Pin, which is like our basic badge but has a heart in the center that is half red and blue. Hope this is of interest |
