SDSU PHI KAP loses charter, House
 

PHI KAPPA THETA has had its charter revoked by their nationals at SDSU due to rampant drug use. They have been evicted from their house in fraternity row (I saw the notices and the greek letters on the front of the house were torn down) but it looks like they may be permitted to stay in their apartments behind their house. maybe in a few years they will be able to recolonize like Lambda Chi and Delta Sig.

We never recolonized. In 1998, the 60 members of our chapter were given alumni status, and we started the next Spring with 4 new guys. We stayed the Gamma Alpha CHAPTER, but our house was just cleaned.

There's nothing on the SDSU website regarding this...

sdsu's website wouldnt post this on their website, but sdsu had only given phi kap sanctions, phi kap's nationals pulled them not sdsu so in essence its kind of the opposite of what happened to TKE at sdsu.

i'm really sorry to hear this. the phi kaps are great at my school....one of my very best friends is a brother. why do people like drugs? is it really worth it?

yeah...phi kap is gone....it sucks. like for real.
