I"M SOOOOOOO MAD RIGHT NOW!!!!!

This stupid lady whose bumper was already messed up when she was slightly hit by me apparently charged me and my insurance is up by like 2000 dollars. I am soooo pissed. At the time the lady said that it was already damaged and it wasn't my fault. I cannot believe her!!! I am soooo mad! The insurance company didn't even notify me, but when my dad is looking into changing insurance companies, he sees that there is an accident reported, bumping up our rate $2000. AHHHH....so angry right now!!!!!!!!!!

Get a lawyer immediately!!!

What did you say to her immediately after the accident?

Did you report it to yourinsurance company? Did you do it IMMEDIATELY after the accident when you were able to get to a phone?

NEVER EVER describe OR BELIEVE ANYTHING the other person says in a vehicular accident!!! EVER!!! Why? Because, you are not a doctor, you are not a lawyer, you are not in law enforcement, and you are not in insurance.

If it is your fault, then this lady is taking you to the cleaners...

You will need to seek out those lawyers on TV... But you should ask yourself is it worth it...

I know, because I was under similar circumstances and I was the one hurt the most and I got jacked the hardest by everyone...

I wish I sought out a lawyer...
