Did I read this article correctly 1,245 young ladies received bids? That does not calculate with quota of 62, or with what I have heard.

No, not all of those recieved bids because we started out with 1250 girls total and tons dropped out.

Thanks for clearing that up, UGAnchora. I didn't think that was right. The caption under the picture also mentions 28 sororities. Of course the correct number is 18.

According to this, Delta Phi Epsilon closed after a long history at UGA.
