rush seminar help
 

I'm one of the founding members of my sorority chapter and will be Rush/Recruitment Chair next year. We have a great group of girls and a wonderful rush planned, but in general the sisters (since they are mostly founders) have no clue how to talk to or meet rushees (PNMs). Does anyone have any ideas for seminar or workshop activities to prep my sisters for rush?

You may want to check with your local advisory board to see what resources they have available. If not, then check with your chapter's international contact for ideas (in AOII we have Network Specialists, but don't know what that would be in Kappa talk!)
