Both resorts are in Pennsylvania. (I searched on the answer through the link to the invite) One will be in Lancaster, PA (the January trip, I think) and the other in Harrisburg, PA (the February trip).

Thanks Soror I must have missed that. It sounds like a lot of fun though. I've never been skiing.

We are using this trip as our line reunion for the year. We figured it would be a really fun weekend that we didn't have to do a whole lot of activity planning for like in the past.

Hi all.... people have been wondering where the trip is...

Here is when, where, what time, what to eat, etc. Shortly there will ba a travel assistant site for those who will be flying in, as well as a packing list...

Resort Locations

Eden Resort: Lancaster, PA>>January 16-18

Holiday Inn East: Harrisburg, PA>>February 6-8

Pickup Locations

Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC; New York, NY (addresses TBA)

7:00 pm

A lavatory and video equipped motorcoach will pick you up from the location that you choose. The bus ride is a great time to meet and greet the people that you will be spending the weekend with. If you will be flying in to one of the pickup locations, please arrange your flight so that it arrives at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time (by 5:00 pm). It is a good idea to arrange your flight as soon as possible. Click here to get special flight deals. If you are close enough to one of the pickup locations to drive in, you can click here to get a special rate on a rental car.

Welcome Reception

Eden:Refreshments upon arrival including Hot Coffee, Danish, Hot Soup, and more.

Holiday Inn: Refreshments upon arrival including Hot Wings, Pizza, & Beverages.

Breakfast Buffet

Eden: Full American buffet breakfast Saturday and Sunday. French toast, scrambled eggs, pork & non-pork breakfast meat, grits, assorted danish, cereals, fresh fruit, and more.

Holiday Inn: Cinnamon french toast with maple syrup, corn beef hash, turkey sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, home fries, grits,brekfast breads, fruit, coffee, tea, milk, juices, and more.

Dinner Buffet

Eden: Meatloaf, black eyed peas, fried chicken, ribs, virginia ham, string beans, collard greens, rice, macaroni & cheese, sweet potatos, corn on the cob, cornbread, "make your own" ice cream sundae bar

Holiday Inn: Soup de Jour, garden salad, fresh rolls & butter, virginia baked ham, southern style boneless chicken breast, southern baked chicken, london broil w/mushroom sauce, buttered corn, macaroni & cheese, collard greens, corn bread, iced tea, coffee, tea and soda, ice cream with chocolate sauce (Saturday), bread pudding with rum sauce (Sunday)

Friday:10pm-2am (4 hours!)
Saturday: 4pm-2am (10 hours!)

Friday Night Parties

First, there is the "Under the Covers" Pajama Party with open bar and top DJ entertainment. Pull out your pajamas and put on your dancing slippers! Contest for the best pajamas and craziest slippers... Then, it's not over! The "After Hours" Party is going until 4 am!

Saturday Night Parties

The Chill Out Comedy Jam features headline comedians and an open bar. The "Big Event" Party (Eden) and the The "Old School" Party (Holiday Inn) feature the best DJ's and an open bar until 2am. Then, we do it again with another "After Party" Jam until 4 am...
