We need a moderator
 

Hi Sisters,

I was just noticing we don't have a moderator for this forum, and it would be a good idea to have one. Are there any nominations? I would like to propose that nominate HONEYCHILE!

I pm'ed John awhile back asking if he could pick a mod for our forum, because I think having a mod would be nice :) He hasn't replied, so I don't know if he just didn't reply, or if he's working on it? or?

I love stirring the pot... evil cackle-- Honeychile, you CAN do this! We love and respect you as our ADPi sister and it would honor us if you would accept the responsibility of monitoring this board to ensure that our sisterhood is well-represented.

I agree with you.. I personally think every forum that is active should have a moderator. The Pi Phi forum has had trouble in the past with posters and it took a while (if at all to get the posts removed). I believe some of the posting trouble would go away with a moderator. Several Pi Phi's have emailed/PM'd John about a moderator for the Pi Phi Forum, going back over a year (that I know). However, we still do not have one... and one of the best moderators on GC is a Pi Phi!!!!

That would be our beloved Carnation, I assume? :)

I hope they will see this too!!! I was just randomly browsing other forums one day and realized they had mods and we didn't! hehehe. So I pm'ed John asking if he could find us a mod! I think honeychile would do an awesome job!:)

haha--I just noticed the thread in the General Forums and came over here to ask y'all about mods--and then saw that Angels&Arrows had posted, too!

Yeah, we at Pi Phi have had trouble trying to get a moderator. When I emailed John he basically emailed me back with "We aren't looking to add any more moderators right now, I'll let you know if we do." I've talked about it with James too. I feel it's kinda random and unfair that some national NPCs have mods and others don't...

Ah well. Let us know if your mod search works out!

We need a board moderator.

I would like to echo honeychile's sentiments that even if the name "ADPi" is not in your user name or signature, if it is in your post, or your post has inflammatory language toward another of our sisters or another Greek, it is behavior that is not becoming to any Greek Woman.

John has been made aware you want a mod. John usually make sa bunch of mods at once when he is ready and has time. No telling when that may be.
