Hi girls. I'm new to the chat and Tri SIgma. I joined Fall 2002 and was put in charge of Robbie PAige for this upcoming fall semester. I was just wondering if you had any ideas on what I could do with my sisters. I was trying to think up new ideas by looking on websites but searching for them is twice the hassle. Any ideas would be great. Thanks girls!

hi! welcome to the board! there is a thread on publicity ideas somewhere around here and one chapter mentioned that they did something called "Rockin' for Robbie" where they rocked in chairs and raised money. That sounded really cute to me. good luck and post often!!

From what I hear our chapter does "Rockin' for Robbie" and then we also have a change jar (not a big deal just a cute lil thing) that we keep in our Chapter Room that is puffy-painted and is "Change for Robbie"

Hey, I know with our chapter we did a fundraiser with McDonalds...Between certain hours, McDonalds gave us a certain percent of what they sold to our organization, the only catch was they needed to present certain coupon with the purchase, which was no big deal, and we raised quite a bit of cash doing it....plus its McDonalds!

Hey out there!

Our last two Robbie Page Memorial projects have been pretty fun. In spring of 2002, we did Ropin' for Robbie, during which we jumped rope for 24 hours (not everyone, but at least one person was always jumping). And this last spring, we had Rockin' for Robbie, which was a concert (local bands in the rec. center on campus). Both of them were fun, a lot of work, we've had awesome RPM chairs who really get stuff done. Let us know how your project goes!!
