New HOUSE
 

If there are any alumni close to the Tempe area, we have just moved into a HOUSE at Arizona State University. If anyone has any advice or suggestions feel free...

Delta Tau?
 

I was just talking with an old friend last night who is a DT alum. he told me the house had burned and they guys lived elsewhere for (what?) seven years?! he said DT is now back up to 90 guys and once again a leader at ASU. Congratulations! I hope all that's true. And, you say you're back in your house now? super!

Actually, our original house that caught on fire is still in the middle of long Tempe zoning issues. Sig Ep got kicked off for their part in the Porn movie that was shot on Alpha Drive. We are now renting their house and have finished purchasing our original house from ASU. Confusing i know. So we havr the half burnt house that we own across the street from the Sig Ep house that we are renting until we can rebuild the original Pike house.

I think I understand, but in any case it sounds like a lot is going your way. You guys look excellent once again on your website. I'm really proud of you. I remember when Delta Tau was always one of the big kahunas on the national fraternity's stage. I know you have many loyal and dedicated alumni. All the very best to you.

Ya think so? I think the pic of the house was a little unflattering. I kind of wish we were able to get a more modern house. Our current house is about 120 yrs old so it seems like one thing after another needs to be repaired or replaced.

Alpha Zeta
 

We are starting the campaign for our new house here at Arkansas since we won our third Smythe in a row. By God we need one. We will be unstoppable once it is built (although I'm sure I'll be gone). How's everyone else doing?

Tell Me About the Alpha Zeta House
 

I was there a long time ago. Are you going to change the look of the front? How's the chapter doing? The website is two years behind; tell me about what the chapter's accomplished. It was a great, great chapter once. Really glad you're back. Congrats on the Smythe.
