Director of Information Systems – Direct the development, implementation, daily management and necessary upgrades for computer systems for the Fraternity, including the Fraternity’s member database. Develop and implement a comprehensive technology plan for the Fraternity using existing and new sources. Direct and manage all outside providers of computer products and services. (Full-time; reports to Executive Director)



Graphics / Web Coordinator – Design and maintain the Alpha Gamma Delta website; design and layout the Quarterly; design and assist with the production of other communication tools for the Fraternity, including brochures, handbooks and manuals, and presentations. Knowledge of Word, Dreamweaver, PageMaker, Photoshop and Powerpoint important. (Full-time; reports to Director of Communications)


Chapter Finance Representative – Provide support to collegiate chapters in their efforts to manage financial matters by regularly reviewing financial records, answering questions about chapter finance and working with volunteers in their efforts to assist chapters. (Full-time; reports to Director of Accounting & Operations)



Office Assistant – Process all outgoing mail daily; fill and ship orders for materials stocked at International Headquarters; photocopy materials as necessary; assist with data entry into the member database. Must know Word and Excel. (Part-time; reports to Director of Accounting & Operations)

At first I was upset, but realized that these people have the same love for Greekdom as I do!:cool:

I applied to Int. Hdq. for the CEO job, but alas to damn old!:confused: Well and not Qual. for what they wanted!:(

I would have worked for less!:) Just for the Love of it!

Oh! I live in Indianapolis! Too bad those positions won't be open once I graduate in a year. :(

Yea, Katie was/is!! special! I'll never forget her running up to the convention podium at the beginning of each session to give out "news" and when I lost my nametag (for a while, lol).

Yes, nothing like Katie "whoo hoo"-ing up at the podium. I experienced her exhuberance at a convention and two TLCs.

I'll miss calling Tammy for a ton of questions too ! She and I share a passion for Mt. Dew, and at the last convention, moments after I checked in and got to meet Tammy, she pointed me towards the nearest place to buy MD !!

Maybe Katie will still "whoo hoo" in Chicago, as a volunteer ! Or, maybe it will be back to Jillian. Can't wait !! ;)
