It's gotta be like a Gamma Delta sorority or fraternity somewhere...What else would it be?

Maybe its an unusal chapter guard for a GLO's Delta Gamma chapter?

I saw this pin too. I remember at some point learning that when DG first came around every chapter made their own pin at a local jewler. Maybe it's something like that, in the description the seller says it's old. It's neat lookin at least.
