Kappa Delta Rec for Rush
 

Hey!! I was wondering if anyone could help me with a Kappa Delta Rec for my upcoming rush. I have no idea how to go about getting all of these recs and my mom doesnt know any greeks so im on my own lol. If anyone could help me I would really appriciate it.

Hi Nichole-
I just sent out a message to our yahoogroup to ask if there was anyone in your area who'd be of help to you. I'd also recommend going to the KD website (www.kappadelta.org), go under "member services" then find an AA. It'll list the contact person (usually the President) of the AAs by state. You could contact them to see if they could be a resource for a rec.
This is all the info I have for now, if I can find anything else, i'll let you know!

No I did pledge ZTA back in the spring of 02 but unfortunatly things didnt work out and I was not able to initiate, anyways I sat out of school for a couple semesters and now Ive decided that now that I am back in school I want to be a part of greek life. I have to go back through formal recruitment and I know that i do love the Zetas but since I didnt go throught formal recruitment I never really got to know the other sororites but who knows maybe I would fit in there. so yes i did pledge ZTA but had to depledge and I am going back through in about 2 weeks:) I tried to get Alumnae chapters but there was some error on the page. so if you have any other information I would greatly appriciate it. thank you much!

I just emailed the person in charge of it to let her know. She's usually on top of things, so hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

No, as long as you didn't initiate into the other group, you can pledge somewhere else after one calendar year.

We've had sisters that had pledged Tri Delta, Theta Phi Alpha, etc. and quit (for whatever reason) and pledged us and made FANTASTIC sisters.

Ok so I tried to get in touch with an alumnae association but that one didnt work nobody wrote me back. I guess thats most likely b/c Im not a member and Im just a PNM wanting a rec. oh well hopefully I can make a good impression on my own w/o needing the rec!
