Hello!!!

Hello to all...
I am interested in becoming a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha. I've been intrigued by this sophisticated organization for some time. The only problem is that in the past I have expressed an interest in another NPHC org on my campus, but then realized that it was not the one for me. After reading info and meeting some of the sophisticated Ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha, I've realized that it's the one for me. I've never really known too much about any of the greek organizations, seeing that I am one of the firsts to attend a University in my family.
Basically....will my show of interest in the other NPHC org hurt my chances of becoming a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha? And is there a difference between a rush and an informational? If there is can anyone inform me. Your response will be greatly appreciated.

A lot has been discussed on this topic. I think just about everyone has given an opinion. There is quite a bit of good advice in those old threads. If you would like to read it all, go under "search" and type in the information you are looking for. Try using words like informational or rush. You will probably find what you are looking for and much more. Good luck.
