hey now....when worn appropriately, blue eye shadow is a good thing.....i'm an eye make-up FREAK, so i have every color known to man....including this electric blue stuff that is AWESOME when worn with the right outfit (and never worn on the entire eye, wow).....ya just can't wear it like....that guy. ;)
