OK, I never did figure out how to get into the private side...I tried once and put in the code from the Aglaia. Then when I tried to log in something didn't work. I haven't tried in a long time so I don't know if it has changed. Any ideas?

I don't know if this was in the same time frame as the last time you tried to log in, but I have had trouble from time to time. It's possible the site was down. Have you registered and set up your password? (I'm guessing you have, but just on the off chance...) Have you tried emailing the EO? Does your member number have enough digits? (note: I am NOT asking for your member number, just a thought)

definately try again...it is down a lot, so don't give up on it!

In addition, there's a quick way to see if the server is up or down.

On the public side, go to the collegiate/alumnae chapter listings, and pick a state (pick one where you know there's chapters)

If it comes back completely blank, the server is down -- so don't bother trying to log in. It's a good test to try and determine if the problem is your login or the server.

My member number on the back of my Aglaia also has 8 numbers, but I use the first 7 to access the Private Side.
