I have a few questions. First of all, for all you girls who are part the the chapter at oshkosh, is there n e way you can be a member but not attend the school. Do n e o fyou know if you can commute to Oshkosh U. or do have to live on campus and the third question is, can you start a chapter even if it is not through your school?

in order to form a chapter you need to be at a university or an alumna. if you are eligible you can go through AI (alumna initiation) if you are not attending school. then you would belong to an alumnae chapter that doesn't necessarily have any affiliation with a university.
there should be no problem with becoming a member of Phi Mu if you are a commuter student, however you need to make sure you are attending school full-time before rushing.
