Sigma Chi Sweetheart! WOO HOO!
 

Hey Deltas! I am a Tri Delta at UT-Arlington and was just crowned Sigma Chi Sweetheart! I'm really excited!!!! I'm looking for another Tri Delta that is a Sweetheart as well.... I think it would be fun to keep in touch. All the other sweethearts i've talked to so for are delta gammas and zetas... hmmm... OH WELL!!

Congrats on being crowned sweetheart!!!

I'm not a sweetheart- my school is very, well, not traditionally Greek. (That doesn't sound like what I mean) What I'm trying to say is we don't have sweethearts, no one ever gets laviliared or pinned, and while there is a lot of intergreek dating, its never made into a big deal. Sigh, sometimes I wish it was. When I was seeing a Pi Kapp, they used to call me and invite me to mixers when it was with other sororities. But thats about it.

BTW- I was at UT-Arlington for Recruitment Boot Camp. Your house looks fabulous, even though its not quite finished yet. Another attendee and I pressed our faces to the door, and I have to say I LOVE the mural on the ceiling. Very nice. Another thing I wish we had at my school, Greek Housing. \

Anyway- CONGRATS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

That's so cool that you're a sweetheart! A lot of the houses up here don't do that. I wish they did!

Recruitment Boot Camp was fabulous!!! I'll post in another thread so I don't completely hyjack this thread....after all, they may be other sweathearts out there

CONGRATS!!! I loooved the Sigma Chi's in college. I was sweetheart my Sophomore year of college and they nominated me for homecoming queen my Junior year. I married an AKL, however, I will always have a soft spot in my heart for the men of Sigma Chi!
