Are you ready to cry...

Sorors,

Long time no post....I made the fatal mistake of accepting a job this summer(and I am enjoying every minute of it) however, it leaves me little time to chat with my sorors.

However, I really felt the need to post this messege today. I just finished reading AS THE SANDS BURN the greek soap opra on www.skeephi.com. PJ's speech at to Ms. Ferguson the end of the soap will bring tears to any sorors eyes. Sorors, this is really a MUST READ. Even if you do not like soaps or this one in particular....you should at least read this episode.

Wow! That was absolutely wonderful. I still have the chill bumps on my arms. It doesn't get any better than that.

I am a avid reader of Skee-Phi soaps and that speech PJ gave was heart warming. I want my experience if I am so blessed to have it to be that way.

Boy, everytime I come on here and want to start a topic...somebody else beats me too it, that's why I LOVE this board, it's amazing to me that someone across the country can be thinking exactly what I am thinking and feeling. I love the connection on this forum.

Anyway, back to the topic, heeding a friends advice I went back and read all of the back episodes from "As the sands burn" and just reading all of it in one sitting left me feeling soooo empty at the end, it was like a cliffhanger. I mean I was at work thinking about this like...I hope they find out about the jacket, and I hope Shareese finds out about Greg (like they are real people). But anyway, if you hadn't read this soap it is a MUST!!!!

I wanted to cry after PJ's speech, not because of my reflection of those days, but my anticipation of it. I know how bad she wants it and I, too would have been frustrated if I was in that situation....

by the way....I am the OFFICIAL president of the I HATE MONA FERGUSON club...any new members???

Awwww, see, now ya'll got me hooked! http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/smile.gif What is gonna happen when they find out about that jacket!?!

PJ's speech was beautiful. It really touched me because I remember having similar feelings when pursuing my organization. (Especially the parts about each day being closer to your goal and giving your LS's strength....I don't want to ruin it for those who haven't read it yet!) Wow! So true.

Um, how often do new episodes come out? http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif
