Texting on the first date
 

Okay, so I don't know if you get this cheesy commercial outside of Chicago, but what do you think of "texting" your SO?

I am not talking about cute messages, I am talking more about the naughty kind.

I sometimes think it is a better idea than drunk dialing.

Oh honey, I do it all the time.

And it is better than drunk dialing...for some reason, your purpose is better addressed when txt messaging. Especially if it's the naughty kind. Txt messaging is less embarassing for both parties.

I have tried texting while drunk. Not pretty. Most of the time I send people messages like

emnrern? !@$##$324k208nmlfddnfl!!!!!11 RLErewlwrl

And they always call the next day like wtf?

Why? Well my ex-fiancee and I used to do it all the time. We'd send cute little messages to each other and sometime naughty little messages.

Then his "other" woman started texting him. I'd hear his text message beep go off at like 7 30 in the morning and we'd both be laying in bed. I kid you not that to this day whenever I hear those damn beep alerts for a text message I get sick to my stomach. I don't ever want to have text messaging again.

I haven't texted a girl in months :(

omg....so let's talk about how text messaging on my phone costs me .10 per text....and a few months ago i racked up $15 extra on my phone bill b/c of it...which means I SENT 150 TEXTS to this one person......but it was kinda fun, even if he did kinda get busted once. ;)

I don't text really...too expensive! I instead have the problem of drunk cell dialing! :( As erniegurl00 can attest...it's gotten me into trouble! haha!

Luckily, for an extra $5 I get free txt msging and free wireless web access. that's why I love txt msging!

maybe it's just the guys i have been with or something but texting sucks ass.

i can text a guy to say "call me back asap" or "hear from you soon" or whatever and they won't respond at ALL.

i am trying to convince my roomie that texting doesn't work. the guy she has been seeing for a few months stopped calling her this week and she has been texting him to call her and she doesn't get a response. i am like just CALL him. she is like, no i already text msged him.

I guess it all depends on what you want him to think of you.
