Question
As I was unpacking some boxes at my new house I came across a cookbook of my great-grandmothers that I have been using since I was a little girl. To my disappointment, the movers didn't pack it very well and the cover was torn off. After some searching through the box I found the cover and realized that it was a Beta Sigma Phi cookbook from 1968, lol...I think it's time to buy a new cookbook. ;)
My great-grandmother passed away back in 1997 but I'm wondering if maybe she had been a sister of Beta Sigma Phi. Is there anyway anyone could check on this for me? Please send me a PM and I can give you any information that you might need. Thanks!! :) |
Hi,
Its is possible that your grandmother was a Beta Sigma Phi sister, however, sisters sold the cookbooks as fundraisers too. Try e-mailing membership@betasigmaphi.org, give them her name and ask them to look to see if she was a BSP sister. Sounds like you have enjoyed the cookbook over the years! BSP sisters across the country could always cook and we always enjoy good refreshments & meals at our meetings! Let us know what you find. JudyK:) |
Thanks for the e-mail address. I'll let you know what I find out! :)
