George Banta
 

My husband and I were talking about Fraternities and Sororities the other night. Now that he is a college boy (yeah I am so proud) we discussed it and he said he thought it would be cool to be in a frat. Anyway, I told him that DG had a male initiate George Banta and told him the story etc etc and he got all excited and was like I wanna be a DG! We could be sorority sisters! I was dying laughing! LOL I told him I thought that was just a one time deal and we are greatful for George's help. What do yalls significant others have to say about George?

Awww. Your husband should be a Phi Delta Theta! That way he can be George Banta's fraternity brother!

That's interesting I was just checking up on the Phi Delt forum and I read one thread from a DG saying hello to her sorta bros (the George Banta connection) so I came to this board. Then I saw the George Banta thread.

It's too bad no IFC and Panhellenic orgs have official brother/sister designations. With my other fraternity we've got an official brother/sister relation between KKPsi and TBS that works out pretty well.

Well we all know the connection and I guess that's what counts...Phi Delta Theta holds a special place in all of our hearts!
