I am rushing at the University of Hartford this fall and could you give me the scoop on the sororities?:)

Delta Gamma
Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Inc.
Phi Mu

According to the website, those are the sororities that are recognized by the school, or are at least registered in their system. DG and Phi Mu are both NPC sororities, so they follow the formal recruitment rules that you hear many of us talk about in the Rush forum. I'm not sure if Lambda Theta Alpha is associated with their college panhellenic or not. If you go to Hartford's website, I think that all these groups have websites.

The Pi Beta chapter of Delta Zeta was recently chartered at UH. Unfortunately, I can't find a website :(

Go to the Sig Ep rush events and tell them you want a bid, you'll look really cute

HAHAHA....would you believe that last year I sooo did that with sigma nu(i think)...I went to their table on campus and signed up :) :) Then I actually went to atleast one of their rush parties :) :) (Oh well, they were hot!!!)

haha thats funny about the sigma Nu thing... lol I always said that I wanted to join a fraternity and not a sorority cause girls were catty..wow did I learn alot since then lol :) Im so glad that sororities are here for us to make such wonderful friendships :D

OMG that totaly sounds like something I would do :p ! Thankfully, I've done my homework, and I have all this help from GC to make sure I don't make that mistake.
