OK here comes another "newbie" to GC
 

Hello everyone I am Barb and this is my first visit to GC. I have been going to the BSP board up until now but this looks like a great place. I am a 25 year member of BSP and live in SW Houston. I just came back from our State Conveniton and if there are any Austin members reading this all I have to say is WAY TO GO!!!!!
I am looking forward to making new friends here on GC.

Hello Barb,

I am also from the houston area (northeast of houston). Unfortunately we miss Austin. Any word yet on an Area Convention? I was just wondering if they mentioned it at State? Also, were there any bids for 2005 Convention? Is anyone from your chapter going on the cruise in 2004? We went last year and had a blast. Anyway, welcome to the board. I made a post on the BSP message board, hopefully we will get more member here.
